Renovation of a Newly Built Apartment
This project involves the renovation of a recently constructed unit in order to align the physical structure of the home with the client’s mental and lifestyle framework. The apartment is a three-bedroom unit owned by a young man who, with an eye toward the future, sought the possibility of expanding his family. The main concept was to activate the latent spatial potentials of the plan—derived from the user’s evolving lifestyle and his vision for the future. The design process focused on organizing the geometry of the plan to redefine the boundary between public and private spaces, while creating flexible, dual-purpose living areas that allow for personalization and realization of the client’s spatial needs.
